In 2020, The Glenrothes released it's oldest whisky to date. A few months later, the brand embellished its 50th decanter in rare, solid Scottish gold, hand crafted by Hamilton and Inches. The bottle was auctioned for £39,000 and the proceeds given to a charity chosen by the buyer.
I was commissioned to create packshot photography of the non-embellished 50 YO, as well as striking imagery of the intricate gold detailing on the 50th decanter to commemorate the marriage between Scottish whisky and gold ahead of the auction.
